Nationally recognised and accredited

As an RTO (RTO. 21824), our courses result in qualifications or statements of attainment that are nationally recognised and accepted by industry, and other educational institutions throughout Australia. Everyone loves a fancy certificate, after all. In our recent Quality Indicators ‘Learner Engagement Survey’ we received some amazing feedback as an RTO:

  • 99.14% of students said they “would recommend the training to others”
  • 99.57% of students said, “Overall, I am satisfied with the training”.

The Benchmarque Group story

When we started Benchmarque Group in 2007, we wanted to provide clinicians with an entirely new way to access high-quality clinical skills training, outside of traditional education providers like universities. Since then, a lot has changed, not just within our industry, but in the world - have you noticed?

Today we’re committed to leading the future of healthcare. To do this, we need to invest in the student. So we create courses that allow healthcare clinicians to independently invest in learning of their own choosing, with a study model that can be completed at a pace that works for them, their lifestyle, and workplace position.

Our mission

We know we need to be more than just a ‘disruptor’. For our courses to offer maximum benefit to healthcare professionals, they needed to have serious credibility. That’s why we made it imperative to become a registered training organisation (RTO), meaning our courses can be formally accredited and nationally recognised.

The big picture

We believe in encouraging and fostering an environment in which Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander peoples, and their fellow Australians, are treated with understanding and mutual respect.

Our Reconciliation Action Plan formalises our focus on strengthening relationships with Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander communities, individuals and peak bodies. It also guides the involvement of our staff and stakeholders in our reconciliation journey and in the development and implementation of innovative strategies to assist in ‘closing the gap’ with regard to health outcomes and supporting the socio-economic development of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander communities.
