We are proud to introduce our Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan

At the Benchmarque Group, we are passionate about reconciliation. Our vision is to create an environment that recognises, embraces and values Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, knowledge, and cultures.

Achieving this vision for reconciliation requires us to strive to achieve authentic change, to be active and respectful listeners, storytellers and leaders within our industry, and to be part of an ongoing conversation with our customers, our stakeholders, and our students about the importance of reconciliation and our commitment to this process.

To achieve this, The Benchmarque Group and accessIQ commit to the following principles:

  1. To demonstrate an understanding and respect for the traditions and perspectives of the many Aboriginal and Torres Strait communities across the Country
  2. To learn from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, communities and organisations and embed these learnings into our work
  3. To deliver culturally appropriate and engaging course content by building genuine and respectful relationships with all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, organisations, peak bodies and communities.

The above is just a small part of our new 2022-2024 Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), which has recently been officially endorsed. View the full RAP here.
